The controls of 6A10, grinding assistant cobot, allow the operator to work safely, fluidly and effortlessly.

 

Safety: The hand presence sensor ensures that the cobot remains immobile until the operator is positioned to use it. It also allows the grinding tool to be started only if both hands of the user are on the handles.

 

Effortless: 6A10 carries the weight of the grinding tool instead of the operator, while responding to the directions in which it wishes to go. The force of 2 fingers, or a few grams, is then enough to move grinding tools weighing between 5 and 11 kg on average.

 

Fluidity of movement: The data captured on the rudder is updated in real time by 6A10 algorithm. They thus allow great responsiveness on the part of the cobot and precise and fluid work for the operator, in all positions.
