A collaborative robot is a specific type of robot designed to assist someone in difficult tasks that they cannot satisfactorily perform on their own.
A collaborative robot which is tailored to the needs of a company can therefore handle loads weighing up to several tens of kilos, which massively reduces employee fatigue and risks of absenteeism. In addition, a collaborative robot is less bulky and much easier to operate than other equipment when loads between 50 and 100 kilos must be handled.
