COBOTIC HANDLING SYSTEM 4A60
The cobot 4A60 is the lightweight load carrying manipulator for modern and productive factories.
Lightweight aluminum rails, supported by 4 poles, cover fairly large areas thanks to the 4 motorized axes X, Y, Z and Theta. The 4A60 is well suited for frequent handling of any type of load less than 60 kg, with excellent ergonomics for the user.
Indeed, driving the 4A60 airborne load handler is effortless and intuitive thanks to the real-time processing of the force measurement applied to the rudder. Want to go in one direction? Push slightly in this direction and 4A60 go!
The flexibility and power of the on-board powertrains allow immediate and fluid movements, while keeping a perfect control of the trajectories.
For this purpose, the position of the controls is particularly studied to provide an optimal angle of view for the operator.
FAST AND PRECISE
Thus frank but controlled accelerations allow a fast and precise positioning of the 4A60 hanging manipulator, without risk of loss of time.
The exact position is known in real time thanks to the axis encoders and the embedded ETHERCAT network.
The embedded controler makes it possible to set guidance assistance functions or program fully automatic (optional) routes to optimize handling time and productivity.
The 4A60 aerial load handler is in compliance with the machine directive 2006/42 EC.
MANIPULATOR OR ROBOT?
The cobot 4A60, can work as other RB3D manipulators, ie guided by a user. But in this video, we also demonstrate that our 4A60 can work in robot mode, in a secure way. Of course all applications are not possible in robot mode with the 4A60, A need, call us our team will advise you !
