Quality and reliability are key success factors in aeronautics industry and this drives all dialy activities from engineering and production, to maintenance of planes. But not only are zero defect constraints borne by people working in this area.

Many tasks are still hand-made because of the relatively small volumes produced by qualified personnel. Indeed, increasing output and efficiency can bring MSD risks on various places where repeated tasks are needed.

RB3D contribution

Strenghten by our experience in mecatronics and cabling, we have developed anti MSD solutions that became RB3D proper tools, like QC 22520 for example. Just like this one, many other options for workplace improvement, dedicated tools or cobots could be implemented by RB3D in the aeronautical industry.
